RoccoTerminal is an Early Access analytics, education, journaling, simulation and community platform. By creating or using an account, you agree to use the service lawfully, keep your credentials secure, and provide accurate information when account verification is requested. You may use the service only where doing so is lawful for you and where you are able to accept these terms.
Charts, market intelligence, Elliott Wave, ICT, risk tools, simulations, alerts and community content are provided for education and research. They are not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice and do not guarantee any outcome.
You remain responsible for every trading, exchange, wallet and financial decision. Simulated results can differ materially from live execution, fees, liquidity, slippage and liquidation risk.
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, evade access controls, impersonate others, distribute malware, abuse community features, or upload unlawful or infringing content.
Early Access features and third-party data may change, pause or become unavailable. Access may be limited where necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance or serious terms violations.
You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant RoccoTerminal the limited permission needed to store, process and display that content inside the service. Never publish passwords, API secrets, recovery phrases, private keys or confidential identity documents in chat.
Google, Discord, Telegram, exchanges, market-data providers, wallet networks and other integrations operate under their own terms and policies. RoccoTerminal is not responsible for their independent services, availability, verification decisions or account actions. Availability of a provider inside RoccoTerminal does not mean that the provider or product is lawful, suitable or available in your country. You are responsible for checking provider eligibility and local rules.
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude consumer, privacy or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Rocco is the individual operating RoccoTerminal and responsible for the platform's handling of personal data under the RoccoAnalysis brand. RoccoTerminal processes information needed to provide, secure and improve your workspace. Information is separated by the authenticated account identifier; one user is not permitted to read or modify another user's private profile, journal, support case or connected identity data. Privacy and data-rights requests can be sent to privacy@roccoanalysis.me.
Name, email where supplied, profile settings, avatar, banner, language, account tier, ranks, verification state and accepted agreements.
Journal entries, watchlists, alerts, simulator activity, knowledge uploads, support tickets, community messages and other content you intentionally save.
Session identifiers, provider account identifiers, connection status and limited technical logs used to prevent abuse, investigate errors and protect accounts.
An authenticated browser sends a limited heartbeat while the app is visible. RoccoTerminal records the session start, last-seen time, current app route and accumulated visible-tab seconds. A member is shown as online only after a recent heartbeat; background tabs do not add active time. Members can see their own session timer, while the owner can review account-level presence and aggregate usage statistics for operations and product improvement.
Authenticated member sessions can record route-level feature views, visible engagement time, sanitized client-error and deployment-recovery categories, build identifiers, and browser performance metrics such as LCP, CLS and INP for first-party product quality measurement. Performance telemetry stores the metric name, value, rating, navigation type and app route, not raw browser PerformanceEntry objects. Product research telemetry is retained for up to 90 days; affiliate and referral business records are handled separately and are not deleted by the research-retention job. Funded Practice balances, P&L, leverage, open positions and order details are not collected by this research telemetry. This layer does not record keystrokes, journal free-text meaning, private-message bodies, passwords, provider tokens, wallet secrets, recovery material or full error messages and stacks.
Optional Product Analytics is a separate external channel and is off by default. If a member explicitly enables it in Profile, RoccoTerminal sends anonymous route views, visible engagement time and sanitized client-error categories to the configured EU PostHog project. This optional channel does not send account identifiers, journal or message text, wallet data, credentials, provider tokens or Funded Practice trading summaries, and it does not enable PostHog session replay or autocapture.
When automatic interface translation is enabled, eligible static interface phrases may be sent to the configured translation provider. The translation layer excludes community messages, journal content, private messages, support cases, email addresses, phone numbers, wallet addresses, secret-like values, account identifiers and numeric market values. Core Simplified Chinese navigation and account copy uses locally curated text.
RoccoTerminal support will not ask for wallet seed phrases, private keys, exchange passwords, session cookies or full payment-card details.
KYC for KYC Premium is completed directly with an approved partner exchange under that exchange's own privacy process. Do not upload a passport, identity card, selfie or other KYC document to RoccoTerminal chat or an ordinary support ticket. A manual rank review should use only the minimum exchange name, partner UID and verification status needed to confirm eligibility.
Account creation, authentication, requested workspace features and support are processed as necessary to provide the service you request and take steps connected with that service. Security, abuse prevention, service reliability, operational logging, product-quality measurement and proportionate non-sensitive product research may be processed for legitimate interests, subject to the rights and interests of affected users. Optional connections or features that expressly ask for consent rely on that consent where applicable, and consent can be withdrawn for future processing. Information may also be processed where necessary to comply with legal obligations or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Data is disclosed only where needed to operate a requested feature or the service. Recipient categories can include hosting and database providers, transactional email providers, authentication/community providers such as Google, Discord and Telegram, translation or AI processing providers for eligible content, an EU-hosted product analytics provider only for members who enable Optional Product Analytics, and a partner exchange when you independently use that exchange's KYC or referral process. Each independent provider can also process information under its own terms and privacy policy. RoccoTerminal does not use private member workspace content to sell targeted advertising.
Some infrastructure or connected providers may process information in countries outside the European Economic Area. Where RoccoTerminal is responsible for a transfer and GDPR requires a transfer safeguard, the transfer must rely on an applicable mechanism such as an adequacy decision, approved contractual safeguards or another lawful transfer mechanism. Provider-specific terms may apply to processing that you initiate directly with an independent provider.
RoccoTerminal uses security/session storage needed for authentication and account protection, and browser storage for requested product functions such as theme or interface preferences and local workspace recovery. The current production application does not intentionally deploy third-party advertising or behavioral-analytics cookies. Optional Product Analytics is off by default and, when enabled, the PostHog bridge is configured without PostHog cookies, local storage, session replay or autocapture. Any future non-essential cookies or similar device storage that requires consent must not be activated before the required choice is obtained.
The owner may use a private Research POV to review a member's account-level engagement and derive trading-behavior indicators from information the member generated inside the product, including saved trades, journal metadata, route engagement and Funded Practice summaries. The Research POV keeps member mutations blocked and is not available to ordinary members. Its behavioral indicators describe observable trading patterns such as risk-size consistency, rapid re-entry after a loss, trading density and journal coverage. They are not clinical, mental-health or personality diagnoses. The research view intentionally avoids returning journal free-text meaning, private-message bodies, credentials, wallet secrets, provider tokens or recovery material. RoccoTerminal does not currently use this Research POV to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
Data is retained while needed to operate the account, resolve disputes, protect the service and meet applicable obligations. The route-level research telemetry introduced in this release is retained for up to 365 days unless it is deleted earlier with the account or for operational reasons. Different records can be retained for a shorter or longer period where required for account operation, security, legal claims or a legal obligation. You may update profile information in the app and request account deletion or privacy support through the public account-support route when you cannot sign in.
Where the GDPR applies, you may request access to personal data, correction of inaccurate data, erasure where applicable, restriction of processing, and data portability where the legal conditions are met. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests, including relevant product-research processing, and may withdraw consent for future processing where consent is the legal basis. A request can be sent to privacy@roccoanalysis.me. Identity may be verified before fulfilling a request so private account data is not disclosed to the wrong person.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority. In Poland, this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, UODO). You may also contact the supervisory authority that is competent for your habitual residence, workplace or the place of an alleged GDPR infringement where applicable.
Some links or codes for exchanges, wallets, hardware, software, market-data providers or other partner products are affiliate or tracked partner routes. If you register, trade, subscribe or purchase through one of those routes, RoccoAnalysis may receive a commission, revenue share, referral payment or another commercial benefit from the provider. A provider may also supply review products, discounts, credits or campaign support.
Published partner cards identify tracked or affiliate relationships and include a disclosure near the relevant route. A generic partnership page is not a substitute for a clear disclosure where a commercial recommendation is made.
Commercial relationships do not guarantee favorable coverage and do not control RoccoTerminal analytical conclusions. Users should independently review provider terms, pricing, eligibility, security, privacy and risk.
The provider controls its prices, fees, promotions, eligibility, regional restrictions and KYC requirements. Do not assume a referral route is the lowest-cost or most suitable option solely because it appears in RoccoTerminal.
An affiliate account, application, free product or conversation is not presented as a formal partnership unless the relationship has actually been approved and deliberately published.
Cryptoassets, derivatives, leveraged products and funded-account simulations involve significant risk. Markets may move rapidly, liquidity may disappear, prices may gap, and an exchange or provider may fail or restrict access. Never risk money you cannot afford to lose.
Analysis, scenarios, sentiment, regime labels, heatmaps, X posts, community messages and AI-generated explanations are context—not instructions to buy, sell or hold an asset.
Monte Carlo, Kelly, expectancy, drawdown and portfolio models depend on assumptions and historical inputs. Future outcomes can be materially worse than the modeled range.
Funded Practice, alerts and replay tools do not reproduce every fee, gap, liquidation event, latency condition, rejected order or emotional decision found in live trading.
You decide whether a product, exchange, wallet or strategy is appropriate for your circumstances and jurisdiction. Seek qualified professional advice where needed.
Provider connections are optional and are attached to one RoccoTerminal account. The platform stores the provider account ID and the minimum authorization data needed for login, linking and the features you approve.
Disconnecting a provider stops future provider-based access but may not automatically delete the underlying RoccoTerminal account. Use account support for ownership, privacy or deletion requests.
